2. Themes

• All products are 100% digital and delivered electronically to your email.

• BootstrapGallery is not responsible for you not receiving your theme if you fail to provide a valid email address or for technical issues outside our control.

3. Support Included

• Answering your questions or problems regarding the themes.
• Giving solution to the bugs reported.

4. Support Not Included

Customization Work.

• Support for any third party plugins.
• Support or guide for how to integrate the theme with any technologies (like, PHP, .net, Java etc)
• Solve bugs in your implemented code

5. Security & Payments

• BootstrapGallery does not process any order payments through the website. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, a third party online payment provider. Feel free to contact us about our security policies.

6. Refunds

• We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to fourteen (14) days after the purchase was made.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, simply send us an email at support@bootstrap.gallery with a description of your problem and request for a refund.

7. Membership & Content

• Membership is a benefit for those who follow our terms and policies. We may at any time suspend or terminate your account.
